I founded this company in the hopes that we could change our clients’ perspective on property management. No more bad attitudes, unprofessional actions, or being unavailable. Yes, I’ve taken over management of places that have been mismanaged with traumatized property owners who developed trust issues. I’ve also fostered relationships with once unhappy residents who assumed we would be like the rest. I’m here to prove you all wrong. There’s a reason I’ve heard “I just get a good feeling about you” several times after meeting with property owners who immediately hired me. I know and have positive personal relationships with all of the residents I directly serve and follow through on requests. We’re open, honest, approachable, and most importantly, just regular humans. We’re here to take care of you. Consider it done.

Cheryl had no prior property management experience when we hired her but became an expert in months. Our residents love her. We could not be more thankful to have someone like her on the team here at PPM.

Jessica is a ride or die for her residents kind of person. They need something? She’s 5 steps ahead and with a smile. She can also bake a mean bagel. If you’re nice to her, she might even give you one. And if you aren’t… well… you’ll just have to pop over to Independence to visit the food cart she owns with her husband. Psst… it’s called Quesadilla Wizards and it’s awesome just like she is! Jessica will never let you down and cares immensely for each and every resident she serves. Everyone needs a Jessica in their lives!

Michael Messner owned his own successful remodeling business for over 35 years before retiring. We’re lucky he got bored and wants to come to work every day because he knows how to fix literally ANYTHING! He brings decades of knowledge, the heart of a golden retriever and lots of laughs. We call him the prom king of PPM because every single tenant, vendor and property owner who meets him says he’s extremely respectful, kind and easy to talk to.

Clayton is one of our incredible Maintenance Technicians and also happens to be Michael’s son. He and Michael ran a remodeling business together for many years. We feel lucky to have him as a new member of the team. He comes with a can do positive attitude and easygoing personality. It’s been really fun and rewarding to see Clayton and his dad working together again.

Leonidas (he prefers Leo) is our resident golden retriever and self-appointed welcoming committee. He’ll greet you at the door with a wagging tail, and enough enthusiasm to power the office. Expect kisses. Lots of them.
